解决方法:因为镜像使用用的是http，而原地址是需要https，所以配置下关掉https就好了。

解决方案:修改php.ini开启openssl拓展

首先在cmd命令行下定位到项目所在的根目录下，接着输入：

这时候项目根目录下的.env文件里的APP_KEY应该会有值了：
若没有，将上面的key输入进去
